As we understand Extrusion is Plastic Granules converting after Feeding into a Barrel with help of a Hopper Loader. Now here let’s Understand the word Coating and Lamination. Normally there is a specific grade of Low-Density Polyethylene (LDPE) or Polypropylene that is fed in barrels and heated which is melted and a “T” Die is used which forms a thin layer. Coating here is just a thin layer that is Placed on layers like a woven sack, non-woven, paper, etc After that it is passed through a Cooling Roll which is just Attached to the layer it passes through. A few Examples of Coating could Paper which is used in Food such as Tea or Coffee cups, Juice Glasses is Coated with (LDPE), an application would be Tarpaulin or the Best Term used is Raffia which is Coated with Polypropylene(PP). Lamination is something in two layers that have to be Sandwich by a thin hot layer of LDPE or PP, the best Application to understand is Rice Bag Which is Normally Laminated by Printed BOPP or PP.

Further to this we also have a Tandem Lamination Machine which is a Multiple Extruder and a Die here it gives an option for both sides of Lamination as well, We have developed Extrusion Coating Lamination for Rice Bags or Cement Bags for the Lamination of Bopp Printed Rolls Both side with woven sack designed with Single Extruder and Double Die. Today Price is a major concern in every industry with growing demand in the plastic processing industry, which requires that quality must be the best at a cheaper rate in order to fulfill the requirement we have Designed a Co-Extrusion Lamination Plant which is designed with Double Extruder and Single die in order to Laminate Printed Polyester on Woven sack.

The first is just the most used in the Industry with a Single Extruder and Single Die Which comes with a Turn Bar Attachment for both side lamination for Raffia(Woven Sack) or Rice bags which is designed for Laminating Printed Bopp Rolls to a sandwich on PP or HDPE make bags. Apart from rice bags, it is used for Fertilizer bags, Cement bags, etc, In a similar way the Tandem and Multiple Extruder and Die Machine has the capability to run the same Applications as mentioned however the Production Capacity and Waste certainly differs from Normal Single Extruder and Single Die Lamination Plant. There are certain Applications in Extrusion Coating where it just requires the Coating of the thin layer of LDPE or PP like Tarpaulin, Paper, and Metalize Film.
